Product introduction
Ultrasonic 3-D Automatic Scanner System is a single channel system capable of up to 4 channels
The device uses one or four high-frequency and high resolution immersion probes of 7 to 20 MHz and capable of thickness measuring and defect detection in metal and composite components
Due to the high sensitivity of this system to detect defects even at micron sizes and to ensure uniform contact between the probe and the workpeice, a full immersion test is performed in the water tank
The scanner is specially designed and manufactured to satisfy the needs of customers and components tested and the User Friendly of design has been taken into consideration
Featuring the ability to render B-Scan, C-Scan, 3D images, automated CAR calculation and analysis of test results offline
The use of ball screw and stepper motors and encoder systems on all three axes of this machine has a precision of 0.02 mm
