Accessories (blocks, cables, sockets)

Different types of single and double shield coaxial cable with required LEMO or BNC socket, in different length is produced in PEJVAK RAYAN company. All these cables have bend relief in both ends of the sockets that is more flexible and avoids the cable from being cut or disconnected.

All cables could be customized and covered with different nylon shields for the cables that are used in greasy condition to protect them from dryness or being damaged having contact with sharp objects according to customers’ needs.

LEMO 0 to LEMO 1 cable:

Among different types of cables, LEMO cables are the most used one because most of the ultrasonic testing instruments use LEMO1S sockets and various ultrasonic probes use LEMO 00 sockets.

LEMO 00 to BNC cables:

One end of this cable has LEMO 00 socket that is usually used for manual ultrasonic testing devices. The other end has BNC socket that after connection could be locked safely without any movement on its position. In these cables, BNC side is usually connected to the automatic ultrasonic devices. Both right angle and straight angle BNC sockets is available.

WII, V2 block:

These blocks are used for time base calibration, verification of angle and emission point in angle probes in manual devices. This company is capable of producing this block according to BS2704. The material of this block is from heat treated steel with especial grades that its structure is homogeneous. Then they machine it by CNC machinery and then they polish it to the desired shape. After that again by using CNC they label the measurements according to standards. Then especial companies and laboratories is tested and calibrated and a certification is issued for the block.

BNC to BNC cables:

Both ends of this cable have BNC sockets that could be locked and fixed in its position and among different sockets they have more reasonable price. Both right angle and straight angle models are available in this company.

Lemo 1E cables:

This cable has LEMO 1E sockets, that are usually used for water proof probes. One end of the cable has LEMO 1E sockets and the other end, according to customer need can have BNC or other sockets.
