Product introduction
The FLAW HUNTER SP9502 is an automated ultrasonic testing system used to test and flaw detection weld seam and HAZ of spiral pipes.
The machine is equipped with a special mechanical system capable of holding, moving and adjusting at least 4 to 14 probes separately.
The system is designed to detect reference defects of international standards for spiral pipes such as API 5L, ASTM, AWWA C200. For SAW pipes, it is usually a 1.6mm through hole or four N5 longitudinal and transverse notches, located inside and outside of the weld seam.
Given the experience gained from years of direct testing and troubleshooting of various industrial components, the ease of operation of this system has been taken into consideration in its design.
