It is engineered with industrial-grade components and customizable features to meet the rigorous demands of non-destructive testing (NDT) across oil & gas, petrochemical, metal fabrication, and power generation industries.1

Robust Mechanical Architecture with Expandability

The Immersion Ultrasonic Testing Scanner features a heavy-duty steel structural frame and a precision three-axis motion platform (X, Y, Z) using ball screws and linear guides for stable and accurate movement. This rigid structure ensures vibration-free scanning, even under continuous operation.1

A key highlight is the immersion and circulation tank system. The stainless-steel tank (~700 liters) is corrosion-resistant and reinforced with a support frame. Integrated into this is a closed-loop water circulation system, which maintains consistent fluid quality and temperature. It includes an electro pump, filtration unit, inlet/outlet pipelines, solenoid valves, and flow sensors to guarantee stable and clean acoustic coupling during ultrasonic testing.
